Any infomation forwarded to us by users of this website will be used solely for the purposes for which the user requires, usually a sales transaction, and/or to monitor or improve our  website, and will not be passed on to any other bodies, agencies or organisations (except for postal and courier services in the case of name and adress requirements)  unless so requested by the user.

2. Any data held by Party Pants regarding the user/customer will be treated with respect and integrity and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Freedom Of Information Act 2000.. 

3. The shop online section uses cookies, these are only used to remember you as a returning customer. If you would like to remove the cookie, simply locate in your cookies folder and delete.

4. We do not store your credit/debit card details.
