How mail order hire works

When we receive an order on line , we check availability then will e mail you to confirm your order and payment . We can also answer any questions via e mail .

We post out your costume so you will receive it a few days before your event - you are then responsible and must return the hire goods after your party - we recommend recorded delivery .

When your order arrives , a few days before your party , try it on , if you have any problems , with sizing or fit , you must return the outfit straight away for a refund /exchange - we do not give refunds if returned after your "hire date " as we would assume the costume had been used for the event .

We hold onto your card details as security deposit , until the hired item is returned safely . Your card would only be charged if the hired item was not returned , or returned late/ damaged . We would always contact you by phone/email before charging your card .

Mail Order Delivery

Whenever we receive an order we will e mail you as soon as the order is processed to confirm a delivery date .
We aim to send all orders out within 48hours of them being processed but please allow a little extra time during seasonal events such as Halloween and Xmas .
